              Scott's primary responsibility is oversight of the all sales divisions including generalbrokerage
and new home sales,  agent coaching and productivity, and transaction processing.He was formerly with
Monroe Friedlander nad Hawaii Airlines.  He's a graduate from University of Puget Sound and Punahou School.

Topic:    Hawaii Real Estate Market Overview
             Scott will present a 30 year performance review of the Hawaii residential market, a 2011
market summary and a 2012 market outlook.  Topics highlighted include housing costs and cash flow
management, debt managementratios, savings strategies, distressed properties, various financing
strategies for clients, other investment vehicles, and is "Flipper" dead?
